This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all PrimeAxis websites, app workspaces, lead data, enrichment workflows, email follow-up tools, campaign builds, and managed outbound services.
Core Rule
PrimeAxis must be used for lawful, professional, business-to-business outreach and related campaign operations. You may not use PrimeAxis in a way that harms people, misuses data, damages inbox or platform reputation, violates law, or creates unreasonable risk for PrimeAxis or third parties.
Prohibited Uses
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable laws, or outreach that ignores required opt-out or unsubscribe obligations.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation, fake identities, deceptive offers, or misleading subject lines.
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, exploitation, intimidation, doxxing, or abusive targeting.
- Illegal products, unlawful services, evasion of law enforcement, or activity that promotes criminal conduct.
- Scraping, exporting, reselling, or redistributing lead/contact data outside the agreed campaign purpose.
- Uploading sensitive personal data, regulated health data, financial account data, government identifiers, or children's data unless specifically approved in writing.
- Bypassing platform limits, rate limits, authentication, security controls, credit limits, or payment requirements.
- Using PrimeAxis to attack, scan, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or compromise systems, accounts, inboxes, or networks.
Outbound Email Requirements
- Use accurate sender identity and truthful business information.
- Include appropriate opt-out or unsubscribe handling where required.
- Honor suppression lists, exclusions, unsubscribes, complaints, bounces, and do-not-contact requests.
- Avoid misleading claims, fake urgency, deceptive personalization, or false relationship statements.
- Comply with laws that apply to your business, recipients, locations, industry, and message content.
Restricted Campaigns
PrimeAxis may decline, pause, or require additional review for campaigns involving regulated industries, financial claims, health claims, legal claims, employment claims, political outreach, adult content, high-risk lead generation, aggressive debt or lending offers, or any campaign that may create elevated compliance risk.
Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse a campaign, pause sending, revoke access, suspend an account, terminate service, withhold deliverables, or report activity to appropriate parties if we believe this policy has been violated or risk is too high.
