Data Use / Compliance Policy

Last updated July 2, 2026

This Data Use / Compliance Policy explains how PrimeAxis handles lead, business, contact, enrichment, and campaign data. It also describes customer responsibilities for lawful outreach.

Data Sources

PrimeAxis may use public business information, customer-provided information, business websites, search results, directories, third-party enrichment providers, professional profiles, email verification tools, and campaign activity data to prepare lead records and outbound workflows.

Types of Lead Data

Permitted Use

Lead and contact data provided through PrimeAxis may be used only for the customer's internal business development, campaign review, compliant outreach, CRM follow-up, and related sales operations. It may not be resold, redistributed, published, or used to create competing lead databases unless we agree in writing.

Customer Compliance Responsibilities

Data Quality

PrimeAxis uses reasonable workflow checks, enrichment, and verification where applicable, but lead data may contain outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information. Customers should review important records before relying on them for outreach, targeting, or business decisions.

Suppression and Exclusions

Customers should provide suppression lists, restricted domains, restricted categories, prior customers, current prospects, competitors, unsubscribes, and other exclusions before campaign work begins. PrimeAxis may maintain suppression data to prevent re-contact and support compliance.

Managed Outbound

For managed outbound, PrimeAxis may help operate the execution layer, but customers remain responsible for their offer, claims, target audience, business model, compliance requirements, and approvals. PrimeAxis may pause campaigns where compliance, deliverability, or reputation risk is elevated.

Deletion and Access Requests

Requests to delete, correct, or restrict campaign data can be sent to [email protected]. Some backup, audit, billing, suppression, and compliance records may be retained where necessary.
